With Executive Chef Simon Sandall executing the menu’s to the highest standard, this coupled with seamless service and professional management, ARIA Catering will create a truly memorable experience.
	Menus are carefully crafted for every occasion and reflect each client’s individual needs. Whether it be canapés and cocktails or a lavish seated wedding, Simon and his team can craft an innovative menu that will impress the most discerning of guests.
	The menu includes perfectly sized canapés and elegant entrees and mains, matched with beverages carefully selected by ARIA’S sommelier Matthew Dunne.
	Some of our most popular menu items include seared sea scallops with almond cream, heirloom tomatoes and parmesan, Roast rack of lamb with minted peas, gnocchi and grain mustard and ARIA’s lemon pavlova with candied lemon, pomegranate and lemon sorbet.
